The Search Marketing Analyst position is an entry-level permanent online marketing position in EF’s central office in Zurich, Switzerland. The Search Marketing Analyst will be part of the central Search Marketing Team, helping prepare, implement, and maximize the company's paid search (PPC) marketing campaigns across 50+ markets. Additional responsibilities will include non-search related advertising through Google and Yandex (Display) platforms. This role requires strong communication skills and quantitative analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Paid Search
Plan, manage bids, and optimize Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns on top search engines and portals, such as Yandex and Google.
Manage campaigns based on budgets and target goals from the responsible markets.
Build and expand on product-relevant keyword lists for responsible markets.
Develop and test effective keyword ad creatives.
Oversee reporting, analysis, and optimization of all PPC campaigns on an ongoing basis.
Communicate regularly with product marketing teams and markets regarding timeline, budget, and deliverables.
Continually monitor the paid search landscape

Display Advertising
Manage display advertising campaigns through the Google/Yandex platforms, such as Google Display Network or Yandex Advertising Network
Coordinate banner ad and landing page development with product marketing teams and the markets.
Manage campaigns based on budgets and target goals from the responsible markets.

Desired Skills and Experience
Fluent in both, Russian (native speaker) and English. Additional languages, such as Polish or German, a plus.
2+ years SEM experience with proficiency in managing PPC accounts.
Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, Yandex Search or Bing Ads.
Advanced analytical (quantitative), and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English and Russian.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent Excel skills strongly preferred.
Working understanding of the search engine marketing industry preferred.
Google Adwords or Yandex certification a plus
Permission to work in Switzerland
