We are renting our lovely apartment in Zollikon, as we have moved to a different kanton. CHF 3,950 per month, plus CHF 350 charges.

120 sq m, 168 sq m in total (including storage rooms), 4.5 rooms, 1st floor, a big south-facing balcony with plots of land (possibility to plant flowers and vegetables) allowing to enjoy the evening sun on the Gold Coast.

Lake view in a privileged location in the heart of Zollikon (8702). Excellent public and private schools/ nurseries are a step away, Bellevue is an easy ride by bus (8 minutes), 15-min walk to Tiefenbrunnen, 10-min walk to Zollikon Bahnhof (5 mins by bus).

The apartment is refurbished to the highest standard, high-quality new oak parquet throughout, very bright with lots of light.

Huge living and dining, fire place in the living, 3 separate bedrooms, very quiet, modern separate kitchen to the highest standard. Big separate washroom downstairs in the basement (just for the apartment, not common), and a big cellar, downstairs in the basement.

Very quiet location with the lake view, 2 parking places.

100 meters away: Zollikon Tennis Club, football field with natural grass. Multiple playgrounds in the area. Excellent Zollikon public school, and forest 10 minutes away.

Specific attention deserves the Zollikon public school (5 minutes away on foot), which is new (built in 2009) and is considered one of the best on the Gold Coast and in kanton Zurich.
